products have been proven to be effective in arresting hair
loss and promoting fuller, thicker hair growth in a large
number of persons using the product as directed. However,
Hair Genesis™ is unable to make any warranties or guarantees
as to the outcome of your course of treatment beyond the
value of the product grouping purchased. You are solely
limited to a refund of the purchase price, less original shipping
and handling charge whether you choose free shipping or
not.
One month value
pack is guaranteed for one month from purchase date. Two month value
pack is guaranteed for two month from purchase date.
Three month value pack is guaranteed for three months from
purchase date. Four month value pack is guaranteed for four months from
purchase date.
Six month value pack is guaranteed for up to six months from
purchase date.
Twelve month value pack is guaranteed for twelve months from
purchase date. Any opened or unopened bottles after 30 days from
purchase will be charged a 25% restocking fee of entire
purchase price. In order to receive your refund, you MUST
follow Hair genesis instruction, fail to follow instruction
will void the guarantee. Refund only applies to Hair Genesis
monthly value packs. Shipping will be deducted from your
refund based on the UPS shipping charge.

return any empty bottles or unused portions for a refund.
Empty bottles or partially empty bottles MUST be mailed back
