Crinagen Scalp Therapy is a completely natural topical scalp spray that can be used by both men or women experiencing Androgenetic Alopecia. Its natural ingredients have two basic functions: (1) they decrease the production of DHT by blocking the activity of 5 alpha-reductase and, thereby, its ability to convert testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Ingredients: Distilled water; Polysorbate 20; Azelaic Acid; Gamma Linolenic acid, Zinc acetate hydrate; Niacin; Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-phosphate); Saw palmetto
extract (serenoa repens); Ginkgo biloba, Oleic acid, tea tree oil, Ribofalvin, Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol) and Proanthocyanidins from grape seed extract.

The two most important ingredients are azelaic acid and Proanthocyanidins. Both agents have been shown to block the conversion of male and female hormones into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which is the main cause of male and female pattern hair loss, by blocking the activity of 5 alpha-reductase.
