For best results, use daily. If you normally wash your hair less often, it is recommended to use at least three times a week. Apply a small amount of shampoo into scalp and hair, especially the ends and roots and massage gently. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes and rinse with warm water. Repeat as necessary.
