Free shipping is available to all mailing addresses within the continental United States, regardless of the quantity of products included in your transaction. We send packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico by USPS service.

All unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product less the original S&H fees.

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At UNICO Enterprises, we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition.  Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.

The money back guarantee on any product is one customer and one time. Receiving a return credit voids all future guarantees.

All our products may be returned within 30 days if they are unopened and in resalable condition. There is no restocking fee.

One month value pack is guaranteed for one month from purchase.
Three month value pack is guaranteed for three months from purchase.
Six month value pack is guaranteed for up to six months from purchase.
Twelve month value pack is guaranteed for twelve months from purchase. Any opened or unopened bottles after 30 days from purchase will be charged a 25% restocking fee of entire purchase price and original outgoing shipping cost whether you choose free shipping or not. In order to receive your refund, you MUST follow Hair genesis instruction, fail to follow instruction will void the guarantee. You must return all opened and/or unopened bottles to qualify for refund.

Revivogen: 

All Revivogen products carry a 90 day money back guarantee (minus shipping costs). To qualify for a refund you must:

Use the product as directed. For example, using three month’s worth of Revivogen in a few weeks voids the guarantee. Return ALL bottles both opened and unopened.

All Procerin products carry a 90 day money back guarantee (minus shipping costs). To qualify for a refund you must:

Original outbound shipping charges will be deducted whether you choose free shipping promotion or you pay for the shipping cost.

Charge Back Fee:

We are charged by our credit card processing company per charge back. We will charge you $15.00 for the charge back fee if you file a dispute but your credit card transaction is valid, so please contact us first before you file a charge back.

We want to make your shopping experience as easy and safe as possible. Please contact us with any additional questions or concerns you may have.

How to return:

1.    Please contact us first to obtain a return authorization number

2.    Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.

3.    Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

4.    Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.

5.    Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please contact us first in order to receive a return authorization.) We recommend UPS service.
